Terms and Conditions

FIRST LAW:
We strive to abide by principles of empathetic ethics, grounded in morality. Any person breaking these principles shall be dismissed from the Association with no right of recourse. All fees will be forfeit and all assignments will be handed to another person to deliver on.

SECOND LAW:
We protect and serve our families, staff and clients.

THIRD LAW:
We only take-on work that we have the ability to deliver on.

FOURTH LAW:
Nobody has claim to the THAWT brand. This is solely owned by Thawt (Pty) Ltd.

FIFTH LAW:
This Association will operate as an autocracy with the Level 3 Associate Executive Committee having the final say on all matters. No objection to their decision may be raised.
